I received an email from Ty stating that you could not find my order or proof of purchase after I have provided these to you several times. I find this very disturbing.

I received a helmet that didn't work
After I asked for a refund they told me I had to pay shipping that there was no way around it I sent the item back at my own expense only after they refunded the original amount did they send me a shipping label that useless now sent a picture of the receipt to get reimbursed of the shipping costs have not received a response
